I want to dedicate this month’s blog to my loving wife as this month marks our 11th year anniversary since the day we met.  I still can’t believe we’ve already been together for over a decade and yet we are still learning so much about one another and bringing the best out of each other!  She is the constant source of unconditional support in all that I do and in all the goals that I want to achieve for us, our family, and our future.  And I want to thank her from the deepest of my heart for that.

It doesn’t matter what you choose to do in life, whether it’s investing in stocks or real estate or if you’d prefer to pursue a higher level of education or you simply want to go to your everyday 9-5 job, everyone needs some form of support that will fuel your ambition to do what your heart desires.  I firmly believe that if you want to succeed in life (and assuming you have a significant other in your life), you will want your spouse to be on the same page with you … if not, I would say that your chances of becoming successful are slim to none.  It is very true when people say and I can attest this myself … behind every successful man is an even more successful wife!  Before we got married, I wanted to make sure that she understood what I want to achieve in life and why I want to do it so that we would learn together and work together.  So as we age, we grow stronger together instead of growing apart like many sad couples I have witnessed.  

Real estate investing has been, still is today, and will always be a passion of mine. Throughout the years, we have done many amazing deals together and they were all very successful and profitable one way or another.  I truly know that I couldn’t have done any one of them without my wife’s support.  And to this day, I still thank her for sticking by me no matter how difficult our path is and how much time and effort we need to put into our real estate journey so that we can provide a much better future for our boys.  I am truly blessed with having her in my life!

So let me ask you this question, do you have the right support in your life?  If you want to be successful in your passion like me in real estate, wouldn’t you want to be in the circle of like-minded people who want to achieve the same goal and have the same interests?  You wouldn’t want to hang out with or take advice from people who have never invested in real estate before, right?  Many people in life like to give you their own opinions when they have never done it before.  These people can tend to be very negative and will only drag you down.  So be careful who you talk to and take advice from!

There is an old saying, birds of a feather flock together.  You want to make sure you are in the right kind of flock.  Cheers to you, your goals in life, and of course, your significant other who will support you on your journey to success!
